EXPERIENCE

Bachelor of Laws from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB), 2012. 

Fernanda has been a member of the BFBM team since 2016, where she practices law and co-leads a team specialized in Digital Law. Having practiced exclusively in strategic Digital Law litigation since 2014, she possesses extensive experience in handling disputes before both state and federal courts. Her primary areas of expertise include Privacy, Technology, Digital Law, and Strategic Litigation, with a specific focus on the Superior Courts (STJ and STF).
