EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Laws from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV Direito Rio); Master of Laws in Public Law from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ); Master of Laws from Yale Law School; Ph.D. Candidate in Constitutional Law at the University of São Paulo (USP).
Author of the book Freedom of Expression and Democracy in the Digital Age, as well as numerous articles published in national and international legal journals, focusing on public law, regulation, and fundamental rights.
A member of BFBM since 2018, she specializes in strategic litigation and arbitration, particularly in complex disputes involving constitutional, administrative, regulatory, and corporate law.
Currently, she leads her own team, overseeing strategic cases, drafting legal opinions and high-level pleadings, and developing legal theories for high-stakes litigation. Her practice combines a rigorous academic background with extensive experience in sensitive cases of significant institutional impact.
She is a frequent participant in academic and professional events both in Brazil and abroad.
