Bachelor of Laws from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB); Specialist in Digital Law from the Institute for Technology and Society (ITS Rio) in partnership with the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ); Master of Laws (LL.M.) in State and Constitutional Law from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB). 

Marcella joined BFBM in 2017. Her primary practice areas include Telecommunications, Constitutional Law, Regulatory Law, Digital Law, and Consumer Law, with a specialized focus on Superior Courts (STJ and STF).
