Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), Specialist in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and Master in Regulatory Law from the University of Brasília (UNB).
He is certified ECPC-B DPO by the University of Maastricht, Ethics of AI by the London School of Economics and Political Science and Data Protection Officer by FIAP (Escola Paulista de Informática e Administração). He also holds certifications from Harvard in “Contracts” and from the University of Adelaide in “Cyberwar, Surveillance and Security”.
Senior lawyer and team coordinator since 2022. Member of the BFBM and OAB/DF Data Protection Committee and of the CFOAB Artificial Intelligence Committee. He is also a member of the ISOC Brazil Chapter (Internet Society), IADF (Instituto dos Advogados do Distrito Federal) and IBDEE (Institute of Business Law and Ethics), where he participates in the CTS-IBDEE (Commission on Technology and Society).
