Felipe Albuquerque

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Holds both a Master’s and a Ph.D. in International Law from the same institution.

Partner in the international litigation and arbitration practice, with expertise in advisory, pre-litigation, and contentious matters involving complex disputes in Brazil and abroad. Has been with BFBM since its founding in 2013.

Adjunct Professor of Private International Law at the Law School of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Former visiting professor in the Master’s Program in Economic Law at Sciences Po, Paris. Co-author of the book “Private International Law – General Part and International Procedure.”
