Irapuã Santana

Bachelor of Laws, Master and Doctor in Procedural Law, all from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ)– UERJ and has an exchange “Linkage”, from the Yale Law School (USA).

Irapuã has been the Attorney of the Municipality of Mauá (SP) since 2013. Advisor of a Minister of the Supreme Federal Court and Superior Electoral – from 2014 to 2018. Also is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law and Brazilian Center for Constitutional Studies and President of the Commission on Racial Equality of the OAB/SP.

Consultant and former presenter of the program “Explicando Direito”, on Rádio Justiça. Since 2014, has been volunteering at EDUCAFRO as a legal advisor. Work also as a columnist for O Globo newspaper and is author of several books and articles published in Brazil.
